Tactics Used:
We fished the method at close range, and by close range i mean 1-2 rod lengths out.

Review:
“The venue itself was fairly nice although we were surprised to find out that our guests had to pay a fiver each aswell. The fish were on the borderline of starting to spawn as most of the anglers around the venue had reported difficult fishing conditions. Nevertheless, we set up our rods and started fishing Between the two of us who were fishing we managed around 6 carp over the space of 4 -5 hours. All of the carp were caught on small light coloured boilies....”

Plus Points:
The pegs were well spaced and the car park as within reasonable walking distance.

Could Improve:
I would have liked to see an onsite map and more info about the lakes, as being surrounded by small lakes can leave you guessing which lake you should fish if the one you intended to fish is full.

Summary:
A nice venue with a variety of lakes, would definately recommend.
